Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn fashion items with all original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure the product remains in pristine condition.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange size within 3-5 business days.
